We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

- How do I return?

Enter your order number and email address to start
Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email.

- What items are returnable?
Within 15 days from the date of purchase
In unused and resalable condition
In the original packaging with all the tags intact
- What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
Discounted items (if applicable)
For all the products that are mentioned in the product pages
- The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered
- Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable variants. Once the exchange request is approved by us and we receive the product from you, the replaced item will be shipped to you. One time shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
- What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
For Prepaid Orders: Your Refund will be issued within 4-7 Business days from when we receive your return.
For COD Orders: Cheque payment / NEFT transfer will be processed with in 7-12 Business days from when we receive your return.
- How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
- How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed based on the refund options as mentioned in the above point. 10% on the returned product value will be deducted in the refund.
